Standards and Restrictions

Blackbird Estates

• The building and design committee is responsible for reviewing and approving plans for all proposed new construction, additions, or modifications

• One-story homes must be at least 4,000 square feet; multiple-story homes must be at least 4,500 square feet with at least 3,000 square feet on the ground level

• Single-story homes may not cover more than 60% of the lot; multiple-story homes may not cover more than 50% of the lot

• No animals, livestock, horses, poultry, fowl, or exotic pets may be raised, bred, or kept on any lots; only dogs, cats, and other household pets may be kept
